Delivery charges and handling charges are exercisable on every Internet order. Cancellations Physical Products To cancel an order placed through the Tacca Store Internet site within the same day you place your order, you need only send an email to info@taccamusique.com or phone, 514-939-3775, #275. Please quote the order reference number that appears on the email you have received from the Tacca Store to confirm that your order was being processed. The Tacca Store will credit your account with the appropriate amount at the earliest opportunity. Returns Physical Products The Tacca Store will accept all merchandise returns without requiring justification or imposing penalties during the 15 days following placement of the order through the Tacca Store Internet site. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise ordered through the Internet may be returned to: Customer service / The Tacca Store, 4446 St-Laurent, suite 301, Montréal, (Québec), H2W 1Z5. Merchandise in good condition If the merchandise you received was in good condition at the time of delivery, or if you are not returning it because of any deficiency or delivery error by the Tacca Store, you will need to assume the shipping charges for both the original delivery and the return of the merchandise. Faulty or damaged merchandise (Physical) If the merchandise you ordered through the Tacca Store Internet site is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, or if the merchandise is not what you ordered, your account will be credited for shipping charges related to the return of the merchandise at the time of reimbursement. If you chose the DELIVERY option, the original shipping charges will also be credited to your account. All merchandise returns must be accompanied by a hard copy of the email sent to you by the Tacca Store to confirm that your order was being processed. Reimbursements for purchase of Physical Products To the extent returned merchandise is in the same condition it was in at the time of delivery, you will receive a credit equivalent to the total cost of the merchandise being returned. Responsibility If the Tacca Store were to be found responsible pursuant to a claim by one of its Internet customers, its liability would be limited to the aggregate of the amounts paid by the customer to the Tacca Store for purchases affected through its Internet site. Thanks to this system, your credit card number and its expiry date become indecipherable while they travel on the Internet. How do I recognize a security link?
